we ordered from amazon they kept pushing the date back and didn't deliver.they were no help My wife called and explained what happened you sent us one out free of charge. still haven't gotten the one from Amazon. great customer from you great service and a real person on the phone also. This is our second one. The first one lasted 6 years, and is still fine. We wanted a new one. Durable with non-fading colors. The designs are so original.

Now have several matching lead & collar sets all with the same quality & great buckle down metal fastening. Ideal in the narrower width for all our breeds to be smart & safe. Good to buy direct & get what I wanted at a reasonable price so delivery cost balances out to the UK

The collar I purchased was for a small 10 -13 pound dog. The collar weighs about a pound, maybe more. It's too heavy to put on my dog. The description on the site should be updated that this is not a collar for a small dog. Other than that, the collar looks great. We just can't use it.
