GENERAL QUESTIONS:

What material are your belts, collars, and leashes made out of?

Our belts, collars, and leashes are all made from high-quality polyester. 

What material are your bracelets, suspenders, and lanyards made out of?

Our bracelets, suspenders, and lanyards are all made out of premium stretchy nylon. 

What about your guitar straps?

Our guitar straps are made from the same high-quality polyester as our belts, collars, and leashes.

What material are your buckles made with?

Our Seatbelt Buckles are made from automotive grade, chrome-plated steel. All other belt buckles, including the military-style buckles, and the individually sold buckles are made from various metal alloys, most notably chrome.

I'm allergic to nickel. Are any of your belts safe for me to wear?

Unfortunately, all of our belts and buckles may contain nickel through contact in the manufacturing facilities. 

What size belt/collar should I buy?

You can check out our recommended sizes in the size charts here or you can take a look at the size charts on the detail page of the item you are looking to buy.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Where will my order be shipped from?

All of our retail orders ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Farmingdale, New York, where all of our products are made in-house.

Do you ship internationally? How much does international shipping cost?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the service selected. You can see the shipping cost before finalizing the purchase at checkout.

I placed my order days ago, but I haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet. Did you get my order?

All orders begin processing on the following business day. If you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will begin processing on the following Monday. Most orders take up to 2 business days to fully process before it's ready to ship. If it's been more than 2 business days since you placed the order and you still haven't received a shipment notification, you can contact us.

Please note: Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, processing time has increased to 4-10 business days.

There was something wrong with my item when I opened the package. What do I do now?

We stand by our products 100%. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to replace the faulty item.

I ordered the wrong size item. Can I switch it for a different size?

You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can find our Returns Policy here.

Who pays for my return?

Buckle-Down will cover the cost of shipping the return ONLY if the item is damaged in travel, defective or if we sent you a different item or size than what you ordered. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost. You can find our Returns Policy here.

I sent out my return days ago. When will I get my refund/exchange?

We can only issue a refund or exchange after we receive the return. When returning an item, please be sure to provide us with a shipment tracking number so we can all be up-to-date on the whereabouts of the return.
