Measurements and size way off from other collars. Small way to small and the next size up was way to big.

Love Rainbow Snoopy Collar!

LOVE the bright colors, the soft, flexible fabric and the secure buckle closure. It was really hard to choose a design as Many of the Snoopy collars were so Cute and Attractive!

When one of the collars broke its plastic buckle, it was replaced INSTANTLY and WITHOUT QUESTION!!!!
It should be noted that this collar is a "licensed" product, MADE IN CHINA, not one of the ones they make in-house.

Service great, quality question mark

My order came VERY quickly. Unfortunately, one of the (plastic) buckles broke within a week. I left a message at customer service. When my call wasn't returned, I called again, and the rep was great, and assured me they would send a replacement right away. What more could I ask?
