I was bummed when my original order for this light up Mickey crossbody bag did not work since I was going to use it for an event. However I was able to send it back and exchange for a new one. Delivery was quick, customer service was really helpful and understanding and now I can finally use it. I like that it’s see through for certain places where these kind of bags are mandatory and a plus is that it’s roomy for what I need and lights up for the night!
